An advanced malware detection system

Abstract

The present invention discloses an advanced malware detection system. The system comprising an image conversion unit configured for converting malware-related files into images, wherein the malware-related files includes files that indicate signs of malicious behavior; an image enhancement unit configured for improving image quality of the converted images for analysis; a features extraction unit configured for extracting texture features from the enhanced images in order to identify behavioral patterns of the advanced malware; and a machine learning-based unit which is trained using the identified behavioral patterns of the advanced malware based on the extracted texture features configured for improving detection performance of the advance malware.
