A retrofittable structure for a suspension of a vehicle

Abstract

The present disclosure pertains to a retrofittable structure (100) for adjusting vehicle suspension (101) lengths, offering enhanced adaptability for motorcycles and electric motorcycles. The structure includes a connector ring (106) with multiple holes (108a, 108b, 108c, 108d), a housing (104) with aligned vertical conduits (102a, 102b, 102c, 102d), and detachable plurality of washers (114) positioned between the holes and conduits (102a, 102b, 102c, 102d). Secured by the detachable plurality of screws (116), the assembly enables suspension length adjustments by adding or removing the detachable plurality of washers (114). This modular design ensures even load distribution, reduces stress on the suspension head spacer (118) and suspension head (120), and incorporates a locking mechanism to prevent the detachable plurality of washer (114) displacement during operation. Compatible with front and rear suspensions (101), the structure supports universal application, allowing a single suspension system to adapt to multiple vehicle frames. Its user-friendly adjustment features and adaptability for varying the detachable plurality of washer (114) sizes ensure efficient customization for diverse vehicle needs, enhancing reliability under different load conditions.
