Abstract
Provided are a refrigerant flow path module and an air conditioner. The refrigerant flow path module includes a first plate body, a second plate body, and a third plate body that are arranged in a stacked manner. The third plate body is located between the first plate body and the second plate body. The third plate body has a groove extending through the third plate body in a stacking direction. The groove, the first plate body, and the second plate body form flow paths configured to allow a refrigerant to flow through the flow paths. At least one of the first plate body and the second plate body has a port in communication with the flow paths. The groove includes a first groove section and a second groove section that intersect and are in communication with each other. Rounded corners are formed at an intersection between the first groove section and the second groove section. In the refrigerant flow path module according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, by arranging the first plate body, the second plate body, and the third plate body in the stacked manner, processing difficulty of the refrigerant flow path module can be reduced, which facilitates realizing a lightweight design. By forming the rounded corners at the intersection between the first groove section and the second groove section of the groove, the refrigerant can flow more smoothly in the flow paths, thereby facilitating the reduction in the pressure loss.
