Abstract
This disclosure provides bispecific chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) targeting CD20 and BCMA. The CAR may comprise a CD20-targeted scFv and a BCMA-targeted scFv, a hinge region, a transmembrane domain, a costimulatory region, and a cytoplasmic signaling domain. Chimeric antigen receptors may be used to treat autoimmune disorders or cancer.
