KRAS small molecule inhibitors

Abstract

The compounds in Formulations (I)-(VII) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts can inhibit the G12C, G12D, G12V, and / or G13D mutants of Kirsten rat sarcoma protein (KRAS) and are expected to be useful as therapeutic agents, for example, for treating cancer. The disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds from Formulations (I)-(VII) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Disclosure also refers to methods for the use of pharmaceutically acceptable compounds or their salts in cancer therapy and prophylaxis and for the preparation of pharmaceutical products for this purpose.
