Abstract

Provided are compounds of Formula (1), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein X1, X2, X3, R1-R9, RA, RB, RD, A1, A2 and the subscripts t and w are as described herein. The compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts can trap IL-1β and are expected to have utility as therapeutic agents, for example, to treat cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory disorders. The present disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds disclosed herein or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present disclosure also relates to methods for the use of the compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts in the therapy and prophylaxis of cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory disorders and for preparing pharmaceuticals for this purpose.
