LIQUID NITROGEN TANK FOR CIRCULATING COOLING AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

Abstract

The present invention discloses a liquid nitrogen tank for circulating cooling, comprising an inner cylinder, used to accommodate liquid nitrogen; an outer cylinder, arranged on the outside of the inner cylinder in a sleeving marmer, forming a cavity with the outer wall of the inner cylinder, wherein the cavity is vacuumized and equipped with an insulation layer; a conveying pipeline, with an input port and an output port, and a refrigerant flowing inside; the conveying pipeline extends inside the cavity and is wound around the outer wall of the inner cylinder, and the refrigerant in the conveying pipeline continuously circulates for heat exchange. The present invention also discloses a refrigeration system. According to the present invention, the liquid nitrogen is used as a cold source, which is fast in refrigeration speed, good in cooling effect, and the liquid nitrogen can be recycled, being low in energy consumption; the capacity of the liquid nitrogen can be adjusted flexibly according to the cooling requirements of external equipment; the present invention does not generate vibration or noise in the refrigeration process, is easy to mount, easy to maintain, and long in service life.
