Abstract
Description
Title: Floating structure suitable for carrying out work on a water and procedure for assembling and disassembling the floating structure Description: The present invention relates, as regards a first aspect, on a floating structure suitable for carrying out work on a water. Particularly on a floating device suitable for on and / or in the bottom Placing sinking elements in a body of water. Fixing sinking elements, such as anchors or other structures, in or on the bottom of a body of water, for example the seabed or the bottom of a lake or plas, is a field in which many developments have taken place in recent years took place specifically for the purpose of installing solar panels on various locations, including on water, in so-called floating solar parks. Such a floating solar park must also be properly anchored, for example to to protect it from drifting away. For this purpose, immersion elements are used nowadays, for example. such as ground anchors fixed in the bottom of the water on which the solar park floats. This anchoring in the seabed is done using techniques from the offshore world. are known, such as the use of a vibratory hammer, whether or not combined with a pile driver, to vibrate and / or drive a ground anchor into the bottom of a body of water. It is it is also possible to use concrete blocks as sunken elements, due to the to place concrete blocks on the bottom of the water. Next, the anchor boats of the solar park connected with anchor cables or chains to a or more sinking elements, such that the solar park is well anchored and cannot drift away and can become damaged. For this type of work, coupled floating vessels are usually used. pontoons used. Such pontoons come in various sizes, are multifunctional, and are used for all kinds of activities that take place from the water need to find. Various pontoons are coupled together to form a to form a larger whole. Disadvantages of such interconnected multifunctional pontoons are the required setup time compared to the duration of the work to be carried out activities. The setup and dismantling time, the number required for transport trucks for transport to and from the water of the works and the The surface area occupied by the pontoon on the water is large. When at example use is made of well-known floating pontoons to ground anchors in to install the bottom of a body of water, today is an amount of sun eight trucks needed and a setup time of about two full days. From Dutch patent 2027267, a floating installation is known which is constructed modularly and which in separate parts to the place for insertion or The immersion elements are transported to the locations and assembled there. and is disassembled afterwards. It has become apparent that it is not easy to the parts to assemble and disassemble, and furthermore, it has been found that the transporting, positioning and orienting the submersible elements with a hoisting boom on the floating platform configuration cannot be properly executed due to balance problems associated with a high risk of capsizing. It is therefore highly desirable to have a more efficient floating facility. to provide, which is suitable for carrying out work on the water, which can be transported over land with minimal resources, which can be quickly loaded and unloaded is to build, which can moreover be moved quickly in and out of the water, which is easily maneuverable on the water and can easily sink elements retrieve and correctly position and orient and which is well balanced, so that the the risk of capsizing is minimal. To that end, according to the invention, a floating device is provided. suitable for carrying out work on the water, where the floating design a multihull vessel is composed of at least three hull sections that can be coupled and disconnected from each other, whereby the floating installation has an active state, in which the hull parts of the floating equipment is assembled and the floating equipment is suitable for the carrying out work on the water, and where the floating structure a has a state of transport for transporting the floating installation, in which the floating structure is split into at least three hull sections, where the at least three hull sections, a base hull section and a left and right be a side hull part, and where: - in the active state the basic torso part and the left and right side hull sections are coupled parallel to each other, whereby both side hull sections with Coupling elements on opposite sides of the base hull section are connected; - in the transport state, compared with the active state, the three separate hull sections have such a width that they can each be loaded and transported on a semi-trailer of a truck combination. Preferably, the truck combination complies with the legal requirements for maximum dimensions and mass of trucks as determined in the European guidelines and / or derived national guidelines for applying for a permit or to avoid an exemption with the resulting high additional transport costs for exceptional transport or extraordinary transport. Due to the floating configuration as a multihull vessel, and in particular as to construct a trimaran, with three parallel hull sections, provides great stability in the water coupled with easy assembly and disassembly, with fast and cheap transport of the hull sections using a few semi-trailers, and to a High maneuverability on the water. In particular, the basic hull section comprises a hoisting boom, propulsion systems, and buoyancy devices such as buoyancy tanks, and both side hull sections are equipped with means of propulsion for moving the floating installation on the water, and of propulsion devices such as buoyancy tanks; such that the left and right hull sections are driven by the propulsion systems of the base hull section so that the floating device can move itself on the water. Due to these measures will it be possible at low cost to the floating rig with two semi-trailers transport and quickly assemble the floating rigging from the three hull sections, with which stable submersible elements can be lifted with the hoisting boom and to can be brought into the correct position and brought into the correct orientation. If desired, it is also possible to place the propulsion systems in the base hull section. to install or to the drive means such as drive motors in the side hull sections to apply. Preferably, the propulsion means are (ship) propellers or thrusters; where the propellers are stern thrusters and / or bow thrusters, and where the thrust jet from the propellers to port and starboard of the side hull sections can be oriented, and where both side hull sections are on the bow and stern sides equipped with a tunnel running transversely along the side hull sections extending from port to starboard, and where the thrusters are fitted to the outer sides of the side hull sections, on the starboard and port sides of the floating device in working condition, where the thrusters are configured for production of a thrust jet, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the side hull sections towards the bow and / or stern, and where the thrusters in the transverse direction of The side body sections can be adjusted in and out of the side body sections. Due to the use of thrusters and (ship) propellers in the side hull sections or, if desired, in the The base hull section becomes a highly maneuverable floating structure. obtained, which can easily turn around a vertical and in all directions can move of the floating structure on and over the water. In an economical version of the floating installation, it is base body section equipped with four vertically extendable legs, two on the right side and two on the left side. In particular, the four protrude vertically extendable legs extend beyond the profile of the trailer or can the legs be extended horizontally outwards from the profile of the trailer. At Preferably, each leg is equipped with a set of claw hooks facing each other. facing in the vertical direction, whereby the claw hooks can move towards and away from each other be moved in the vertical direction for connection with the coupling elements of the side hull parts. In particular, a hydraulic cylinder is provided for vertical moving the direction of the lower claw hook relative to the upper one claw hook. By equipping the base body with extendable legs, the base body can easily moved on and off a semi-trailer on land - the solid, dry ground - near the water where the work needs to be carried out. Also can the side hull sections be easily and quickly attached to the by these measures base hull section be coupled to and disconnected from it, possibly without the use of a crane. In an alternative cost-effective version of the floating arrangement both side hull sections are equipped with means of movement for the moving the floating structure over land. Preferably, the means of displacement: wheels or tracks. Through these measures, the floating structure becomes amphibious and the floating device moving itself over the land and moving itself in and out of the water, so that a crane or other means for placing it into and out of the water Removal of the floating structure will not be necessary. In particular, the means of transport and / or the propulsion systems on the side hull sections driven by propulsion systems on the base hull section. More specifically, the means of transport and / or the propulsion systems by means of hydraulic hoses or electrical cables connected to the drive devices. By mounting the drive devices centrally on the base hull section, it is not necessary to have propulsion systems on one or both side hull sections. to install, making the side hull sections lighter in weight and easier can be manipulated to connect to, and disconnect from, the base hull section. According to a second aspect of the invention, provision is made for a method for assembling a floating installation, whereby the floating layout of a multihull vessel is, composed of at least three separate hull sections, which are suitable for carrying out work on the water, where the three hull sections consist of a base hull section and a left and right side hull section be, where the method includes the steps of: transporting the base hull section and both side hull sections to land / solid ground near water, where The base hull section is loaded and transported on a first semi-trailer of a truck combination and both side body sections are loaded and transported on one or more second semi-trailers, where the base body is equipped with four vertically extendable legs, two on the right side and two on the left side, where the method includes the following step: extending the four vertically extendable legs downwards so that the base body section rests on the four vertically extendable legs, moving the first semi-trailer away from under the base hull section; where the left side hull section is provided with couplings on the right side and the right side hull section is equipped with couplings on the left side, where the method includes the following step: placing the left side body section on the left side next to the base hull section, and placing the right side hull section on the right side next to the basic hull section, connecting the two side hull sections to the base hull section, retracting / retracting the four vertically extendable legs so that the Floating structure with the side hull sections resting on the land. In particular, the four vertically extendable legs are horizontally from and movable to the base hull part, whereby the method is the next step includes: the horizontal extension of the legs beyond the profile of the semi-trailer. According to a third aspect of the invention, provision is made for a method for dismantling a floating structure, whereby the floating layout of a multihull vessel is, composed of at least three separate hull sections, which equipment is suitable for carrying out work on the water, where the three hull sections a base hull section and a left and right be a side torso part, where the procedure includes the steps of: extending the four vertically extendable legs downwards so that the base body section rests on the four vertically extendable legs, decoupling the side fuselage sections from the base fuselage section, moving the left side hull section away from the left side of the base hull section, and moving the right side hull section away from the right side next to the base hull section, and loading both side hull sections onto one or more second semi-trailers of one or more truck combinations, moving a first semi-trailer of a first truck combination under the basic hull section; retracting the four vertically extendable legs upwards so that the base hull section rests on the semi-trailer, transporting the base hull section and both side hull sections from land / fixed soil near water to a new work location, with the first and one or more second truck combinations. The benefits that can be achieved with such methods are equal to or the same as the benefits that can be obtained immediately floating arrangement according to the first aspect of the invention. These and other aspects of the present invention will be discussed further be described on the basis of the attached figures. In these figures, reference is made same reference figures always to the same or similar components and parts Figure 1 shows a top-view perspective of the floating facility suitable for carrying out work on the water; Figure 2 shows a side view of the floating structure; Figure 3 shows a perspective underside view of the floating innching; Figure 4 shows a top perspective view of both disconnected side hull sections; Figure 5 shows a side view of both separate side hull sections; Figure 6 shows the basic hull section on a first semi-trailer; Figure 7 shows a side body section on a second semi-trailer; Figure 8 shows a detailed perspective top view of the rear. of the floating structure; Figure 9 shows a rear view of the floating structure; Figure 10 shows a top-view perspective of the base hull section; Figure 11 shows a rear view of the base hull section. With reference to Figures 1, 2 and 3, a floating installation is 20 suitable for carrying out work on water shown. In particular a floating installation 20 suitable for placement on and / or in the bottom of a body of water of sinking elements 10. The floating device 20 is shown in an operational, assembled condition, with a base hull section 21, a left side hull section 23 and a right lateral torso part 27. In the figures, a submerged element 10 is shown, which is an assembly. of a driving device 14 and a ground anchor not shown in the figures, whereby the Driving device 14 is designed for driving the ground anchor into the soil. The drive device 14 is attached to two hoisting cables 24, 25 on the hoisting boom 22 of the base hull section 21. The underside 16 of the propulsion device 14 is designed for the Installing a ground anchor. The ground anchor is fixed in a fixed orientation and connected to the driving device 14 such that the orientation of the driving device 14 is equal to the orientation of the ground anchor. In the shown embodiment, the two parallel hoisting cables 24, 25 attached to two winches 40, 42, to which the winches are attached at the end 28 of the hoisting boom 22, which end 28 is fixedly attached to the floating device 20, and where the hoisting cables 24, 25 are run over the hoisting boom 22 led to the head 26 of the hoisting boom 22 equipped with two fixed hoisting pulleys 30, 31. Figures 4 and 5 show left lateral torso parts 23 and right lateral torso part 27 in disassembled transport condition without the base hull section. Figure 6 shows base hull section 21 on first semi-trailer 51 of first truck combination 50. Figure 7 shows the inside of the right side body section 27 on second semi-trailer 53 of second truck combination 52. In an economical In this version, the left side body section is next to the right side body section. transported on second semi-trailer 53, so that only two truck combinations need to transport the hull sections of the floating structure. Preferably the truck combinations meet the legal requirements for maximum dimensions and mass of trucks as determined in the European directives and / or derived national guidelines for applying for a permit or exemption prevent with the resulting high additional transport costs for exceptional transport or extraordinary transport. To increase the balance of the floating structure, in the shown example of execution: both the base hull section and both side hull sections equipped with buoyancy aids such as buoyancy tanks. Preferably, water can be placed in these buoyancy tanks be taken in or removed from it, so that the balance by means of changing the buoyancy of the various hull sections can be adjusted to the operations. To increase the stability of the floating structure during the operations on the water, the hoisting boom 22 is permanently connected to the base hull section, so that no instability can occur due to the rotation of the hoisting boom, with load, at relative to the floating structure. In the figures, and particularly in detail in Figures 4, 5, and 8, the shown implementation of the floating installation equipped with propulsion means in the side hull sections 23 and 27 for moving the floating installation on the water. In the middle of the outside of the left side fuselage section 23 is a thruster 60 installed, preferably in the transverse direction X into and out of left side hull section 23 and the right side body section can also be adjusted, so that in the transport condition the thruster is safely stored. The thruster 60 is equipped on the outside of both side hull parts 23, 27 on starboard and port side of the floating installation in operating condition, in which the thrusters are configured to produce a thrust jet, which extends in the longitudinal Y direction of the side hull sections towards the bow or stern of the floating structure. This allows the floating The equipment in the water is moved, in the longitudinal direction Y forward and backward. The Side hull sections 23, 27 are further equipped with stern thrusters 63 and / or bow thrusters 62, whereby the thrust of the propellers 62, 63 to port and starboard of the side hull sections are oriented in the transverse direction X of the floating installation 20. As a result, the floating device can be rotated 20 around an imaginary vertical pivot axis in the water. In the configuration shown, the stern thruster is 63 and the bow thruster 62 installed in a tunnel 64, which is in the transverse direction X of the side hull sections 23, 27 extend from port to starboard. This allows the thrust jet of the propellers to both sides of the side hull sections 23, 27 become targeted In an economical version, both side hull sections are 23, 27 equipped with means of transport 70, 71 for moving the floating Land arrangement. In the figures, the means of transport are caterpillar tracks 70, 71. The term caterpillar track usually refers to the entire drive unit (including the tires and the surrounding structure). Caterpillar track usually refers specifically to the chain mechanism of the links or chains that make up a caterpillar track built up. With these caterpillar tracks, the amphibious floating device can self-propel move over the land and move itself in and out of the water, so that a crane or other means for placing into and removing from the water the floating installation may not be necessary. This can be a great advantage when the water is difficult to reach with a for carrying out the work truck combination. Alternatively, the means of transport could, for example, wheels are In particular, means of transport 70, 71 and / or the propulsion systems 60, 62, 63 on the side hull sections 23, 27 powered by propulsion systems on base hull section 21. More specifically, the means of displacement 70, 71 and / or means of propulsion 60, 62, 63 by means of of hydraulic hoses or electrical cables connected to the drive means. These facilities are not shown in the figures. Due to the propulsion systems to be centrally housed on base hull section 21, propulsion systems are not necessary to apply 23, 27 to one or both side hull sections, making the side hull sections lighter be in weight and can be manipulated more easily for coupling with and detaching from the base hull section 21. In Figures 6, 9, 10, 11, an economical embodiment of the floating installation 10 shown, where the base hull section 21 is equipped with four vertically extendable legs, two on the left side 80, 81 and two on the right side 82, 83. Preferably, the four vertically extendable legs extend 80, 81, 82, 83 extend beyond the profile of the semi-trailer or can extend horizontally beyond the profile of the semi-trailer be extended, so that the legs next to the semi-trailer are extended can be until the on the ground and the base body part 21 can rest on the legs and the semi-trailer is freely movable under the base hull section 21. This is shown in Figure 9 that both rear legs 81, 83 are also used for coupling the base hull section 21 with the coupling elements of the left and right side hull sections 23, 27. In the front view of Figure 11 it is shown that both front legs 82 and 80 are equipped with a set of claw hooks 85-1 and 85-2 which are facing each other facing in the vertical direction. The claw hooks 85-1 and 85-2 can move towards and away from can be moved relative to each other in the vertical direction for coupling with the coupling elements 86 of the side hull sections. In Figure 5, the coupling elements 86 are shown. shown, which are configured for picking up the claw hooks 85-1, 85-2 provided on the right legs 81 and 83 of the base body section 21. In a special In this version, the legs are equipped with a hydraulic cylinder 87, see Figure 11, for moving the lower claw hook 85-2 in a vertical direction relative to the upper claw hook 85-1. There may also be other known or new ones Coupling devices and methods are applied for coupling and uncoupling. of the three hull sections of the floating structure. As used here, the relative terms are above, below, and side. related to the working position on the water. In that position, the bottom will be on float on the water, the top acts as a working surface and the side is the edge which connects the bottom with the top. The term starboard is used for the right side of the buoyancy system and the term port is used for the left side of the floating structure. Figures 6, 7, 10, 11 show a second aspect with an advantageous method. for assembling the floating device 20 of the transport condition in the operating condition, where the floating installation is a multihull vessel, composed of at least three separate hull sections, which is suitable for the carrying out work on the water, whereby the three hull sections a base hull section 21 and a left 23 and right 27 side hull section are. To this end, the base hull section 21 and both side hull sections 23, 27 to solid ground on the land near water transported by loading the base hull section 21 and transporting it on a first semi-trailer 51 of a first truck combination 50 and both to load and transport side body sections 23, 27 on one or more second semi-trailers 53. The four vertically extendable legs 80, 81, 82, 83 are first extended horizontally from the base hull section 21 extended beyond the profile of the semi-trailer. Subsequently the four legs 80, 81, 82, 83 are extended vertically downwards until the base hull section 21 rests on the four legs. Then the first semi-trailer 51 can be removed. driven from under base body section 21. Then, starting from the second semi-trailer the left side body section 23 on the left side next to the base body section 21, and the right side hull section 27 placed on the right side next to the base hull section 21. Afterwards, both side hull sections 23, 27 can be coupled with the base body section 21, after which the four extendable legs 80, 81, 82, 83 become vertical retracted or withdrawn so that the floating installation 20 with the side hull sections 23, 27 rests on the land and work on the water can begin. When the work has been completed and the floating structure 10 needs to be transported to the next job, first of all the floating device 20 be dismantled from the operational state in the transport position. To this end, the four vertically extendable legs 80, 81, 82, 83 are slid down so that the base hull section 21 on the four vertically extendable supports the legs. Afterwards, side body sections 23, 27 can be disconnected from the base hull part 21. Next become the left side hull part 23 and the right side hull part. 27 on one or more second semi-trailers 53 of one or more second truck combinations 52 loaded. After that, the first semi-trailer 51 of a first truck combination 50 to be driven under base hull section 21. Next, the four legs 80, 81, 82, 83 can be retracted vertically so that the base hull section 21 rests on first semi-trailer 51. Afterwards, the optional four legs 80, 81, 82, 83 are retracted horizontally so that the base body section 21 falls within the legal profile of the semi-trailer and without extra costs and administrative actions the base hull section with both side hull sections to the The new work location can be reached in two truck combinations 50, 52.
