Abstract

A liquid composition that forms a residual hydrophobic coating on a substrate post-application that neutralizes urine odor and / or degrades urine including water, microbial spore(s) and an enzyme dispersed within the water present in an effective amount to reduce and / or eliminate urine odor and / or degrade urine on the substrate post-application; and a film forming composition dispersed within the water present in an effective amount to form a clear hydrophobic film on the substrate post-application. A residual hydrophobic coating formed on a substrate that neutralizes urine odor and / or degrades urine for a predetermined period of time.
