Abstract
Novel use of non-aggregating isoforms of PABPN1 and nuc|eic acid sequences encoding non- aggregating isoforms of PABPN1, vector systems, and pharmaceutical compositions that encode or express non-aggregating isoforms of PABPN1 are provided herein. Non-aggregating isoforms of PABPN1 components may be to treat subject with diseases or conditions such as cancer and ocu|opharyngea| muscular dystrophy. Associated methods for treating such subjects are a|so provided herein.
