Comprehensive evaluation and classification method for power transformers

Abstract

The present invention discloses a comprehensive assessment and grading method for power transformers, where a plurality of assessment parameters (e.g., insulation strength, resistivity, etc.) of various parts of the transformer are examined and the results are obtained. Based on these results, the quality of each part was evaluated and the grade of each evaluation parameter was determined. Further, combined with expert experience and historical data analysis to determine the normalized weight and weighted weight of each parameter, and through weighted summation to calculate the transformer rating score, to achieve the scientific evaluation and classification of power transformers. This method integrates many factors and improves the accuracy and reliability of transformer state assessment.
