Abstract
A method and a device for efficiently measuring growth phenotype of benthic fish, including: step 1, calculating the visual field range ratio between a single pixel of the camera and the real environment; step 2, scanning the outlines of the culture pond and the fish school school with a scanner, and establishing a three-dimensional model; step 3, combining the real-time image, the visual field range ratio and the three-dimensional model, establishing a real-time 3D image, establishing a deep learning model by using the growth phenotype data of the fish school, measuring the growth phenotype data of the fish school school by combining the real-time 3D image, and displaying the data in real time. The invention can realize all-weather non-contact real-time measurement, automatically draw the full-length average curve, and estimate the weight of benthic fish according to the full length, so that the measurement efficiency is improved.
