l 3 The present disclosure relates to a storage container with a vibrational actuator, cover therefor, and method of managing snow on the same. The storage container has a cover forming the roof of the storage container, the cover including an outer membrane being made from a sheet polymer material, and an inner membrane which seals a storage space of the storage container, the inner membrane being made from a sheet polymer material, wherein the inner membrane is capable of bending so as to allow the storage space to expand and contract, wherein an air cushion is provided between the inner membrane and the outer membrane to support the outer membrane in a substantially convex shape, the air cushion being expandable and contractable in cooperation with the storage space contracting and expanding respectively, so that the outer membrane remains substantially fixed in its convex shape at least during use. Specifically, the storage container is provided with a vibrational actuator configured to cause vibration of the outer membrane.
