Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations, and in particular to a composite enzyme preparation capable of site-specific release and auxiliary protection of gastric mucosa, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The composite enzyme in the preparation of the present invention is a composition formed by two or more digestive enzymes, the digestive enzymes are selected from one or more of protease, amylase, lipase and cellulase, and the process for preparing the composite enzyme preparation comprises centrifugal granulation and fluidized bed coating. The composite enzyme preparation prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has good uniformity, low water activity and minimal loss of enzyme activity under process conditions, enabling it to maintain a high enzyme activity stable state for a long period. Therefore, the composite enzyme preparation can compensate for, assist in and enhance the digestion and absorption of nutrient components, reduce gastric acid and thereby protect the gastric mucosa. In addition, the coating layer on the composite enzyme preparation enables site-specific release of the composite enzyme preparation in the gastrointestinal tract, supplementing the content of specific enzymes in the human body.
