Abstract

The present application discloses a scheduling management system and method applied to a deep-sea biological monitoring buoy. The system includes a data collection subsystem configured to collect data of a deepsea biological monitoring buoy; a data processing subsystem configured to determine a state of charge, screen underwater acoustic signals, screen water surface images, upload all processed data to an intelligent scheduling subsystem, parse meteorological data, water quality data, and position data, and upload the parsed data to the intelligent scheduling subsystem; and the intelligent scheduling subsystem configured to select one mode from a listening mode, a monitoring mode, a finalizing mode, and a sleep mode as a currently operating mode, generate instructions and deliver the instructions to the data collection subsystem and the data processing subsystem respectively, such that the start and stop of data collection and the start and stop of data uploading are controlled.
