Abstract

Provided herein are methods for the treatment of polycystic kidney disease, including autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, using modified oligonucleotides targeted to miR-17. The oligonucleotides comprise 2'-O-methyl, 2'-fluoro, and S-cEt modifications, backbone phosphothiorate linkages, and the sequence 5'-GCACUUU-3'.
