Description

[0001]Sliding door device with a sliding door. The invention relates to a sliding door device with at least one sliding door, which is displaceable along a running axis of a running rail and which has at least one door element that is movable against an access cross-section of a doorway, which is spaced from the running axis, in order to close it. US9290977B2 discloses a sliding door device with a sliding door that is displaceable along a running rail, which has a first running surface section running parallel to the running axis, along which the sliding door is displaceable towards a door opening, and a second running surface section running inclined to the running axis, along which the sliding door is displaceable towards the door opening. EP2025854A2 discloses another sliding door device with a running rail, which has a linear first rail section and a second rail section running along a curve. For these sliding door devices, appropriately designed guide rails must be provided depending on the conditions at the installation site. Furthermore, drives adapted to the guide rail must be provided. JP2023035199A discloses a sliding door device with a sliding door comprising two door elements, each of which can be guided with its leading edge along a control curve toward a distant side of an associated door opening and then rotated with its trailing edge toward the facing side of the door opening. During this process, the door elements first rotate in one direction and then rotate in the other direction. A disadvantage of this solution is the need for control curves.which in turn must be adapted to the conditions at the installation site. Furthermore, the described movement sequence of the door elements is undesirable. When moving the door elements along curves into a closed position, the elements of the door frame and, if applicable, sealing elements must be designed with appropriate effort so that the door elements can be moved into the closed position at the curve, resulting in reliable sealing. JP7373407B2 discloses a sliding door device with a sliding door held by carriages guided in a rail and two HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 door elements that can be moved outward by means of cross levers. Of the cross lever end pieces connected to one of the door elements, one is stationary but rotatable, and the other is movable and rotatable by means of rollers held in a rail.which is connected to the respective door element. The cross levers are connected by a relatively long drive shaft to a drive lever assembly. This assembly comprises four drive levers that are rotatable relative to one another and can form a rhombus of any shape through mutual rotation. The drive levers of a first pair of levers are connected by the drive shaft. The drive levers of a second pair of levers are connected by an adjusting shaft. One of these drive levers is rigidly coupled to the drive shaft, so that rotation of this drive lever actuates the cross levers. The two pairs of levers are articulated by connecting levers. By moving the adjusting shaft relative to the drive shaft, the drive lever assembly is actuated accordingly, and the drive shaft is rotated. The drive lever assembly is connected to a mounting frame, which is held slidably by support rails.which are connected to the carriages. The actuating shaft is connected to one of the carriages by a connecting piece. The drive lever mechanism, together with the mounting frame, can thus be moved along the support rails and thus relative to the carriages, while the actuating shaft is held in place. By moving the mounting frame relative to the carriages, it is possible to actuate the drive lever mechanism, rotate the cross levers, and move the door elements outwards when the door opening is reached. For this purpose, a gripper is provided on the door frame of the sliding door device, which defines the door opening, which the mounting frame of the sliding door hits when it is moved in the closing direction. This stops the mounting frame.while a portion of the sliding door is moved further with the carriages, and the drive levers are actuated during this process. This sliding door device is therefore extremely complex and associated with high manufacturing costs. A corresponding amount of force is required to operate the numerous device components, which can be moved and / or rotated relative to one another. Furthermore, these device components must be kept in good working order to prevent this force from increasing. Regular maintenance may be required. The gripper, which is to be mounted on the door frame, is disruptive and obstructs the passage of people through the doorway. Due to the complex construction of the sliding door, it not only requires high manufacturing costs, but also has a high weight. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 US20220106823A1 (WO2020182513A1) discloses a sliding door with a door leaf support frame that can be displaced along a linear guide by means of an electric motor, wherein at least one door leaf is connected to the door leaf support frame by means of guide levers that form a parallelogram guide system such that the door leaf can be displaced outwards vertically in the direction of displacement of the door leaf support frame. For this purpose, a control body displaceable in the direction of displacement of the door leaf support frame is arranged in the door leaf support frame. This control body can be blocked by a stationary stop at the beginning of an end region of a closing movement of the door leaf support frame and can thereby be displaced relative to the still further moving door leaf support frame, wherein a transmission mechanism is provided.which converts a relative movement occurring between the control body and the door leaf support frame into a pivoting movement of the connecting levers. The transmission mechanism comprises a control groove arranged in the control body, a drive lever attached to one of two torsion bars, and a sliding pin fixed to the end of the drive lever facing away from the torsion bar, parallel to the torsion bar, which engages in said control groove. The control groove is shaped such that the first relative movement occurring at the beginning of the end range of the closing movement between the control body with the control groove on the one hand and the torsion bar mounted on the door leaf support frame with the drive lever and the sliding pin on the other hand displaces the sliding pin in the control groove, resulting in the said defined pivoting movement of the torsion bar and thus of the connecting lever. This device, which comprises a control body and a transmission mechanism with several device parts, is therefore complex and can only be implemented at correspondingly high costs. The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved sliding door device with an improved sliding door. In particular, an improved sliding door arrangement with a sliding door is to be created that is displaceable along a running axis and has at least one door element that is movable against an access cross-section of a doorway that is remote from the running axis in order to close it. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 The sliding door device should be of simple construction,Be cost-effective to manufacture and easy to operate. Complex mechanical modules and a multitude of device components should be avoided wherever possible. Furthermore, the sliding door device should be able to operate without maintenance for a relatively long period of time. The door element(s) should be particularly advantageously movable into a closed position, so that elements of a door frame and door seals can be designed particularly simply, and a particularly reliable sealing of the doorway is achieved when the door elements are extended into the closed position. Curved movements of the door elements when moving into the closed position should be avoided wherever possible, so that the movements of the sliding door appear unobtrusive and aesthetically pleasing, and device components can be designed particularly simply. Device components, such as gripping elements, which are to be attached to the door frame separately from the sliding door, should be avoided so that after the sliding door has been opened, no obstacle protrudes into the doorway. This object is achieved with a sliding door device according to claim 1 and a sliding door according to claim 15. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims. The sliding door device, which is used to close off a doorway having at least one access cross-section, comprises at least one sliding door, - which is displaceably mounted along a running axis by means of at least one door bearing device, - which is displaceable along the running axis in a closing direction opposite to an opening direction up to a closing element which delimits the doorway and the at least one access cross-section on one side, and - which comprises a mounting body, which is connected to the door bearing device and which, on a first side, articulates a first door element or, on a first side, a first door element and, on a second side, a second door element, each of which can be guided outwardly from a rest position near the mounting body into a HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 closed position in order to close off the facing access cross-section. According to the invention, the mounting body is equipped with at least two door lever mechanisms, each of which has a central bearing device and, for each of the door elements, a door lever and a door element bearing device, that a first door lever end piece of the door lever is rotatably held in the associated central bearing device by a central shaft, and that a second door lever end piece of the door lever is rotatably held in the associated door element bearing device, which is connected to the associated first or second door element, by a door element shaft.that the door levers of the at least two door lever assemblies, with the associated first or first and second door elements, are rotatable in one direction of rotation relative to the mounting body into the rest position and from the rest position into an opposite direction of rotation into the closed position, and that the sliding door is connected, on a first door end facing the closure element, to at least one support device which cooperates with the closure element and transmits a recoil force from the closure element to the first door element or to the first and second door elements. The rotation of the door levers with the associated first or first and second door elements in one direction of rotation relative to the mounting body into the rest position and from the rest position into an opposite direction of rotation into the closed position takes place until the respective position is reached, with a rotation angle, which is preferably less than 90°. The angle of rotation depends on the length of the door lever and the distance of the access cross-sections from the running axis. A doorway is usually enclosed by a door frame, which defines a short passageway with an access cross-section on both sides. At least one of the access cross-sections can be closed by means of the first or second door element of the sliding door according to the invention such that the doorway is flush on one or both sides of the sliding door. The door elements preferably tightly fill the access cross-sections of the doorway. The door elements preferably overlap parts of the door frame or adjacent wall elements or profile parts such that a tight seal is achieved and, for example, a sealing element can be enclosed. The mounting body of the sliding door is preferably narrow,so that the thickness of the sliding door, i.e., its diameter perpendicular to the running axis, is essentially determined by the thickness of the door elements. The door elements are preferably provided with door recesses into which device parts connected to the mounting body, such as parts of the door lever mechanisms or parts of the sliding devices, can be countersunk. The mounting body can therefore be equipped with devices without increasing the thickness of the sliding door. The mounting body, which is preferably provided with mounting openings, is, for example, a narrow metal structure aligned in a plane or a narrow plate made of wood or plastic. The sliding door is slidably held at the top or at the top and bottom by a door bearing device each, which typically comprises a running rail or guide rail.which interacts with at least one sliding device or guide device. The guide rail or guide rail can be held stationary, while the sliding device or guide device is connected to the sliding door. The guide rail or guide rail can, however, also be connected to the sliding door, while the sliding device or guide device is arranged stationary. The guide rail and / or the guide rail can extend to the door opening or to the closing element. It is essential that the mounting body can be moved over the required area. The sliding devices can be conventional carriages with rollers that are mounted for movement in a correspondingly designed guide rail. The sliding devices can also have sliding elements.which are displaceable along a track. Furthermore, the displacement devices can be part of a linear motor or connected to at least one part of a linear motor. The movement of the displacement devices and thus of the mounting body is always linear. No separate guide rails are required for the door elements connected to the mounting body. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 The sliding door can be moved manually and transferred into the closed position. In preferred embodiments, however, an electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical drive device is provided, by means of which the sliding door can be automatically displaced along the track at least in a partial area of the travel path, preferably until the door element or elements are transferred into the closed position. For example, at least one electric drive motor is integrated into one of the displacement devices.which directly drives the sliding devices and, for example, engages with a gear in a toothed belt provided within the guide rail. A drive motor can also be provided separately from the sliding door and connected to the door element via a drive element, such as a drive belt. Alternatively, the drive device can be implemented as a linear motor, which preferably comprises parts of the sliding devices or is connected to them. Furthermore, a mechanical or magnetic retraction device can be provided as the drive device, by means of which the sliding door is grasped before reaching the closed position and transferred into the closed position. For example, the sliding door is moved manually until it is grasped by the retraction device and transferred into the closed position. The sliding door can then be grasped manually and returned from the closed position.wherein the door element or elements are moved from the closed position back against the mounting body into the rest position, and the sliding door can be retracted, for example, into a door compartment. During this process, the retraction device is tensioned or loaded again and decoupled, for example, from the sliding door or from a coupling element provided in the guide rail. If no support device is provided and the door elements are guided against the closing element, a force is transmitted from them to the door levers, which are preferably directed forward in the rest position of the sliding door, which is why only a low torque acts on the door levers. Rotation of the door levers is also prevented by adhesive forces transmitted from the closing element to the facing door ends. The door levers are preferably straight or inclined in all designs of the sliding door.directed forward toward the end element. The pivoting out of the door elements is only made possible by at least one support device according to the invention. Support devices can be HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 in various designs and fulfill different functions, all of which, however, serve to ensure the largely frictionless extension of the door elements when the sliding door reaches the end element. For example, it can be provided that a support device cancels out adhesive forces that block the door ends. Instead, the support device forms a bearing device on the door ends, which ensures that the door ends can be moved along the end element with virtually no friction. Alternatively, support devices can be provided that convert a force emitted by the end element parallel to the running axis into a force oriented perpendicular to the running axis.which acts on at least one of the door elements. The support device and the closing element can interact magnetically and / or mechanically. Force transmission can therefore occur through direct contact or through magnetic interaction between oppositely polarized magnets, which are provided in the closing element on the one hand and on the support device on the other. The closing element is thus integrated into the sliding door device as a functional element by means of the support device, which is why the sliding door and the devices arranged therein can be designed much more simply. The simpler structure of the sliding door reduces its manufacturing effort and weight, so that the sliding door can be operated and / or driven more easily. The simpler structure of the sliding door reduces the number of device parts. The remaining device parts can be designed more robustly.so that the resulting sliding door can operate practically maintenance-free over a very long service life. The interaction of the support device with the end element initiates and / or supports the swinging out of the door elements. By means of the support device, forces from the end element can be advantageously transferred to the door element(s), while forces that hinder the lateral ejection or swinging out of the door elements are avoided. As the door elements travel into the locked position, their ends are guided along the end element, which preferably has a flat front surface. As soon as the sliding door, guided along the track axis, reaches the end element, at least one or more HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 door elements are extended perpendicular to the track axis into the locked position. This vertical travel into the locked position allowsEnd profiles or end faces or parts of a door frame, which delimit the associated access cross-section, can be designed particularly advantageously. Profile elements can advantageously be aligned parallel or perpendicular to the running axis. Curved shapes can be avoided. Furthermore, conventional sealing elements, in particular symmetrically designed sealing elements, can be used, which are axially loaded when the door elements move into the closed position and seal an associated door gap particularly reliably. In preferred embodiments, at least one of the door element shafts, which rotatably holds the second door lever end piece of the associated door lever, is held in the associated door element bearing device so that it can be displaced with play or elastically displaced without play, so that different travel paths of the door elements from the rest position to the closed position, which are based on a corresponding design of the sliding door arrangement or on manufacturing tolerances. Preferably, the door element shaft is held in the associated door element bearing device by a rotatably mounted adapter with play and / or elastically displaceable. Preferably, the adapter is rotatably held in the door element bearing device by an adapter shaft, preferably within an angular range that is required to compensate for different travel paths. Preferably, the adapter has an elastic or elastically mounted pressure element, which rests against a device part of the door element bearing device, for example, against a part of a bearing cup or directly against the associated door element. Since the lateral extension of the door elements is typically symmetrical, the first door element, for example, can be guided even further to the closed position.when the second door element has already reached its end position. The door levers assigned to the second door element can subsequently be moved further in the associated door element bearing devices until the first door element has also reached the locking position. This ensures that both door elements can be guided into the locking position to tightly close the doorway. The sliding door is preferably equipped with several identical or different support devices, so that the swinging out of the door elements is particularly easy. For example, support devices are provided on the underside and / or the top of the sliding door. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 Support devices of different types can also be easily combined with one another.so that, for example, on the one hand, an advantageous transmission of force to the door elements and, on the other hand, the effect of disruptive forces can be avoided. Preferably, the first or the second door element or the first and the second door element are each connected to at least one first support device, which has at least one support element facing the closure element and, upon reaching the closure element, transmits a force from the closure element to the associated first or second door element. This support element can be guided along the closure element when the associated first or second door element is pivoted out thereby, and serves for the front-side mechanical and / or magnetic mounting of the associated first or second door element. The at least one support element is preferably a roller, which is intended to roll on a front surface of the closure element, or a sliding element.which is intended to slide along the front surface of the closure element, or a magnetic element which is held at a distance by the magnetic front surface of the closure element or at least one counter-magnet connected thereto with opposite polarity during displacement along the front surface of the closure element. The first support device preferably comprises an adjustment device by means of which the at least one support element can be displaced parallel to the running axis. The adjustment device compensates for asymmetries which are provided by the design of the sliding door device or which are based on manufacturing tolerances of the sliding door device. This can ensurethat the support devices of both door elements come into simultaneous mechanical or magnetic contact with the closing element when the sliding door is moved, and the forces acting on the sliding door are distributed equally between the two door elements. Alternatively or in addition to the first support device, at least one second support device is provided, which comprises a support lever that is rotatably held by the mounting body or by the first or second door element by means of a support bearing shaft and that faces the closing element with a first support lever end piece and the adjacent second or first door element or the mounting body with a second support lever end piece. When the sliding door is moved towards the closing element, the first support lever end piece thus first strikes the closing element.whereby the support lever is rotated and the second support lever end piece is guided against the adjacent door element or against the mounting body, thereby causing the door element or elements to be ejected. Advantageously, several second support devices with support levers can also be held by the mounting body, one of which cooperates, for example, with the first door element and the other with the second door element, in order to eject them laterally when approaching the closure element. Alternatively, each of the door elements can have at least one support lever that cooperates with the mounting body. When mounting a support lever on the mounting body or when a support lever acts on the mounting body, it should be noted that the mounting body is displaceable along the running axis relative to the door elements and the length of the second support lever end piece must be selected accordingly. Therefore, it is preferably provided thatthat the support lever is arranged on one of the door elements and interacts with the other door element. As an alternative to the first and second support devices, or in addition to the first support device, at least one third support device is preferably provided, which comprises a spreading lever mechanism connected to the first door element by a first spreading lever bearing and to the second door element by a second spreading lever bearing, and which comprises a force transmission element connected to the spreading lever mechanism and facing the closure element. It is provided that the spreading lever mechanism separates the spreading lever bearings as soon as a force is applied from the closure element via the force transmission element to the spreading lever mechanism. The spreading lever mechanism divides a force acting parallel to the running axis into forces acting outwardly perpendicular to it.by means of which the door elements are guided outwards against the access cross-sections to be closed. The force transmission element is preferably designed such that no disruptive effects or noises occur when it hits the closing element. The force transmission element preferably has a larger contact surface and is preferably made of a hard-elastic material, such as POM. When using magnetic force transmission elements, mechanical impact on the HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 closing element can be completely avoided or significantly dampened. In this case, too, the combination of mechanical and magnetic support elements is advantageously possible. Preferably, several third support devices are provided, the force transmission elements of which are preferably connected to one another at the front. In preferred embodiments, that the first or the second door element can be connected to the mounting body by a holding device, or that the first and the second door elements can be connected to one another by a holding device. The holding device preferably comprises cooperating holding magnets or a locking device, which, for example, comprises locking tongues or locking elements that can be inserted into one another. The door elements and the mounting body can thus be transferred into a single unit for travel into the rest position. Mutual movements and associated noises of the door elements are avoided. The holding force exerted by the holding devices is overcome upon activation of the provided support device, so that the door elements can subsequently be transferred into the closed position. In further preferred embodiments, that at least one door element or one of the door elements is provided on the door face with a panel aligned parallel to the front surface of the closure element, through which the space between this door element and the mounting body or the space between the two door elements can be closed off. If only one door element is present, the space between this door element and the mounting body is closed off at the front. If, however, two door elements are provided, the space between these two door elements is closed off. The panel can also be connected to the mounting body. When the door elements are moved from the closed position to the rest position, the space between the door elements is also closed off at the front, which is why the sliding door, in the rest position of the door elements, is no different from a conventional sliding door and there are no obstructive openings.which could interfere with people's access. When returning from the locked position to the rest position, the door element or elements are guided back against the mounting body and the door levers are rotated accordingly. To facilitate this process, it is preferably provided that the door levers are each connected to at least one door lever spring, for example a tension spring or a torsion spring, HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25, which exerts a force to return the associated door lever from the locked position to the rest position. In a further preferred embodiment, a door compartment is provided - which is delimited on one side by a door compartment wall aligned parallel to the running axis and with one wall end facing the closure element and delimiting the access cross-section or one of the access cross-sections between them, or - which is delimited on both sides by a door compartment wall, which are aligned parallel to the running axis and have a wall end facing the closure element, each defining one of the access cross-sections therebetween. In preferred embodiments, it is provided that the first door element or the first and second door elements have a first door end facing the closure element and a second door end facing the associated door compartment wall.and that in the closed position of the first door element or of the first and second door elements, the first door end partially overlaps a closing profile connected to the closing element, and that the second door end overlaps part of the facing wall end. A rubber seal can advantageously be arranged between the overlapping parts. By means of the door element or the door elements, the associated access cross-sections of the doorway can thus be tightly closed. Preferably, at least one first support device with a support element is also arranged on the second door end of the door element or the door elements, which, in the closed position of the door element, rests against the associated wall end and forms a bearing device. For manual operation of the sliding door, preferably at least one of the door elements is provided with a door handle, which is actuated by a pulling element,For example, a pull rod is connected to the mounting body. By operating the door handle, the mounting body can be retracted, whereby the door elements are returned to the rest position and, if necessary, coupled to one another. If the door elements are heavy, they are preferably supported on the floor by bearing devices such as rollers or the like. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to drawings. Therein: Fig. 1a shows a sliding door device 100 according to the invention in a preferred embodiment with a sliding door 1, which is displaceable along a running axis x from a door compartment 99, which is delimited by door compartment walls 92, into a door passage 90 up to a closing element 91 and which has a mounting body 11 with door elements 12A, 12B,which, after reaching the closing element 91, are displaceable from a rest position in opposite directions into a closed position in which they close off access cross-sections 901, 902 of the doorway 90; Fig. 1b shows the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1a after the sliding door 1 has reached the closing element 91, but the door elements 12A, 12B have not yet been fully extended into the access cross-sections 901, 902 of the doorway 90; Fig. 1c shows the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1a after the sliding door 1 has reached the closing element 91 and the door elements 12A, 12B have been moved into the access cross-sections 901,902 of the door passage 90 were extended; Fig. 2a shows a part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1a in a sectional view; Fig. 2b shows a part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1b in a sectional view; Fig. 2c shows a part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1c in a sectional view; Fig. 3a shows the part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2b in a further view; Fig. 3b shows the part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2c in a further view; HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 Fig. 4a shows the part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2b from below; Fig. 4b shows the part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2c from below; Fig. 5 shows the sliding door 1 removed from the sliding door device 100 with a plate-shaped mounting body 11, which is shown in a sectional view and which is connected to the plate-shaped door elements 12A, 12B by lower and upper door lever mechanisms 4B, 4T,which are also shown in sectional view; Fig. 6 shows the upper part of the sliding door 1 of Fig. 5 with an upper door lever mechanism 4T, by means of which the door elements 12A, 12B were guided outwards, and with two first support devices 6T, which are arranged on the door end faces 121 of the two door elements 12A, 12B and with a second support device 5, which is arranged on the door end face 121 of the second door element 12; Fig. 7 shows the part of the sliding door 1 of Fig. 6 from the rear with the door lever mechanism 4T, which has a central bearing device 41 with a mounting part 410, which is articulated on each side by a door lever 43 to a door element bearing device 42, which is mounted in the first and second door elements 12A, 12B and which, in this embodiment, each has a bearing cup 420; Fig. 8 shows the door lever mechanism 4T detached from the sliding door 1 of Fig. 7 with a separately shown bearing pot 420,which has been released from one of the door element bearing devices 42, which in this preferred embodiment has an adapter 421 which is connected to the associated door lever 43 by means of a door element shaft 4321 and is rotatably held within the bearing cup 421 by means of an adapter shaft 4211,to compensate for any asymmetry resulting from design or manufacturing tolerances; HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 Fig. 9a one of the door element bearing devices 42 of Fig. 8 with a partially cut-open bearing cup 420; Fig. 9b the door element bearing device 42 of Fig. 9a from the rear; Fig. 9c the adapter 421 removed from the door element bearing device of Fig. 9b; Fig. 10a the door lever mechanism 4T removed from the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2a with the door levers 43 turned inwards; Fig. 10b the door lever mechanism 4T removed from the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2b with the door levers 43 partially turned outwards; Fig. 10c shows the door lever mechanism 4T taken from the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2c with the door levers 43 turned completely outwards; Fig. 11a shows a part of the first door element 12A with a door handle 16 arranged in a handle shell 169, which is connected by a pull rod 161,which is guided through a through-opening 1690 in the handle shell 169 and is connected to the mounting body 11; Fig. 11b shows the first door element 12A and the mounting body 11 of Fig. 11a from the rear with the pull rod 161, which is connected to a handle bearing device 168 mounted on the mounting body 11; Fig. 12a shows the sliding door device 100 in a preferred embodiment with a third support device 2; and Fig. 12b shows the third support device 2, which was removed from the sliding door device of Fig. 12a. Fig. 1 shows a sliding door device 100 according to the invention in a preferred embodiment with a sliding door 1, which is displaceable along a HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 running axis x from a door compartment 99 in a closing direction, which is opposite to an opening direction, into a doorway 90 up to a closing element 91. The door compartment 99 is delimited on both sides by door compartment walls 92, which have wall end faces 921,which, together with the closing element 91, delimit the door passage 90. The door passage 90 is therefore a passage channel with a length corresponding to the distance between the outwardly facing front surfaces 922 of the door compartment walls 92. The channel cross-sections at the entrance and exit of this passage channel are referred to below as access cross-sections 901, 902. The access cross-sections 901, 902 thus lie in a plane with the outwardly facing front surfaces 922 of the door compartment walls 92. Also shown as examples are a floor piece 94 and a ceiling piece 93, which may be part of a building or the sliding door arrangement. The sliding door 1 is slidably held at the top by an upper door bearing device 8 and at the bottom by means of a lower door bearing device 7. For example, a guide rail 81 of the upper door bearing device 8 is held by the ceiling piece 93, along which sliding devices, like the drives 82 shown in Fig. 5. Guide elements 72 of the lower door bearing device 7 are preferably held by the base piece 94, one of which is shown as an example in Fig. 5. The base piece 94, the cover piece 93, the end element 91, and optionally a rear wall 95 of the door compartment 99 form a frame structure 9, by means of which the sliding door device 100 was constructed as an example. The sliding door 1 comprises a mounting body 11, which is connected to the aforementioned sliding devices 82 (see Fig. 5) and which holds a door element 12A, 12B on each side by means of door lever mechanisms 4B, 4T (see Fig. 5) in such a way that, after reaching the closing element 91, these can be moved from a rest position, for example, adjacent to the mounting body 11, in opposite directions into a closed position, in which they form the access cross-sections 901,902 of the doorway 90. In the rest position, the sliding door 1 has a minimal diameter perpendicular to the running axis x and can be retracted into the relatively narrow door compartment. Fig. 1a further shows that the frontal gap between the two door elements 12A, 12B is closed off by a panel 19. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 Furthermore, a door handle 16 is shown, which is described in more detail in a preferred embodiment with reference to Figs. 11a and 11b. Fig. 1b shows the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1a after the sliding door 1 has reached the end element 91, but the door elements 12A, 12B have not yet been fully moved into the closed position. Fig. 1c shows the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1a after the sliding door 1 has reached the closing element 91 and the door elements 12A, 12B in a closing direction y into the access cross sections 901,902 of the doorway 90 and have thus reached the closed position. In the closed position, the outer sides of the door elements 12A, 12B lie in a plane with the front surface 922 of the associated door compartment wall 92. The movement in the closing direction y runs along an arc with a radius corresponding to the length of the door levers 43 (see Fig. 8). However, since the travel path in the closing direction is very short, the closing direction Y runs approximately perpendicular to the travel axis x. When moving from the rest position to the closed position, the door elements 12A, 12B always remain parallel to one another and aligned with the mounting body 11. Fig. 2a shows a section of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1a. Of the door compartment walls 92, only the wall end faces 921 are shown.which comprise a profile with a step and a thin flange plate. The end element 91 also has end profiles 911 with a thin flange plate on both sides. Between the wall end faces 921 and the end profiles 911, (imaginary) fabric elements were inserted, which are congruent with the access cross-sections 901, 902, which are covered by the door elements 12A, 12B in the closed position. The door passage 90 extends from the first to the second access cross-section 901, 902. The sliding door 1 has been partially pulled out of the door compartment 99. In this preferred embodiment, the mounting body 11 is a plate, optionally a wooden plate, whose thickness or diameter perpendicular to the running axis x is smaller than the thickness of the plates, optionally wooden plates, of the door elements 12A, 12B. The left part of the mounting body 11 and the door elements 12A, 12B has been cut away. Shown is only the front part of the mounting body 11,which is connected to a displacement device 82 by a connecting part 822, possibly a threaded rod. The carriage 82 is of conventional construction and comprises a carriage body 820 which holds two rollers 821 and the connecting part 822 HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25. Fig. 5 shows that the carriage 82 is guided in a guide rail 81 which has two side walls which are connected to one another at the top by a central piece and which have opposing foot pieces on the underside on which the rollers 821 are mounted. Fig. 2a further shows that the mounting body 11 is set back from the door elements 12A, 12B and the door elements 12A, 12B are held close to the mounting body 11 in the rest position and are possibly separated from the mounting body 11 only by a thin air gap. The door end faces 121 facing the end element 91, which preferably comprise a step, hold first support devices 6, 6T,each comprising at least one support element 62 in the form of a rotatably mounted roller. Two upper first support devices 6T are shown. Preferably, further first support devices 6, 6B are provided, which are mounted, for example, on the undersides of the door end faces 121, as shown in Fig. 5. Furthermore, it is shown that the space between the door end faces 121 is closed by the panel 19, and the door elements 12A, 12B of the panel 19 visually form a unit. The panel 19 also prevents manual intervention between the door elements 12A, 12B. In this preferred embodiment of the sliding door 1, the second door element 12B also holds a second support device 5, which has a support lever 52.which, with a support lever end piece 521 (see Fig. 6), leads the sliding door 1 in the closing direction and will reach a front surface 910 of the closing element 91 first. The other support lever end piece 522 (see Fig. 6) rests against the inside of the first door element 12A, which is why the first door element 12A is pushed away from the second door element 12B when the support lever 52 rotates. Fig. 2b shows a section of part of the sliding door device 100 from Fig. 1b. The section has cut away a central section of the sliding door 1. In this illustration, the sliding door 1 has been fully extended from the door compartment 99 and the support lever 52 has already reached the front surface 910 of the closing element 91 and, after one rotation, has pushed away the first door element 12A. If the first and second door elements 12A, 12B are held in the rest position by a holding device 150, for example by corresponding holding magnets 151,152 (see Fig. 6) HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 are connected to each other, this connection was released upon rotation of the support lever 52. The first support devices 6T, with the support rollers 62, also rest against the front surface 910 of the end element 91, which is why the door elements 12A, 12B cannot be moved any further, but can only deflect laterally upon further displacement of the mounting body 11. During this process, the support elements 62 serve to support the door elements 12A, 12B, so that they can be guided outwardly along the end element 91 into the closed position with virtually no resistance. Fig. 2b further shows that first support devices 6, 6T are also provided on the rear side of the door elements 12A, 12B.which are aligned with support elements 62 in the opening direction against the wall end faces 921 of the door compartment walls 92 and which can be guided practically frictionlessly along profile surfaces of the wall end faces 921. The door elements 12A, 12B can therefore be guided frictionlessly into the closed position and back on both sides. Mechanical contact is achieved by the support elements 62 in the form of rollers. However, if mutually repelling magnetic elements are arranged on the door elements 12A, 12B, the end element 91 and the wall end faces 921, this displacement can occur without mechanical contact. Fig. 2c shows a section of part of the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 1c. In this view, it can be seen that the door elements 12A,12B are held by door levers 43 of two upper door lever assemblies 4T and two lower door lever assemblies 4B. The door levers 43 are rotatably held, on the one hand, in a central bearing device 41 connected to the mounting body 11 (see Fig. 8) and, on the other hand, in door element bearing devices 42 connected to the door elements 12A, 12B. During the closing process, in which the door elements 12A, 12B were stopped at the end element 91 and the mounting body 11 was moved further along the running axis x, the door levers 43 were rotated completely outwards on both sides. This moved the door elements 12A, 12B into the closed position, in which they formed the access cross-sections 901,902. The front door end faces 121 overlap the end profiles 911, and the rear door end faces 122 overlap the wall end faces 921. Sealing elements can advantageously be provided between them. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 If the second support device 5 is not present, the support elements 62 first impact the front surface 910 of the end element 91 and transmit higher forces at the beginning of the ejection of the door elements 12A, 12B. The movement of the door elements 12A, 12B into the rest position, however, occurs as already described. The second support device 5 is therefore only used optionally to facilitate the opening process and reduce the recoil forces. Figures 2a - 2c also show, that the door levers 43 in this embodiment of the sliding door device 100 are aligned forwards against the closing element 91 and are rotated outwards and backwards when moving into the closed position. Fig. 3a shows the part of the sliding door device 100 from Fig. 2b in a further illustration. Fig. 3b shows the part of the sliding door device 100 from Fig. 2c in a further illustration with the running gears 82, which are connected by the connecting part 822 to a mounting carriage 823, which is held in a mounting rail 824, which is mounted by means of rail flanges 8240 on the top side of the mounting body 11. Fig. 4a shows the part of the sliding door device 100 from Fig. 2b from below. Fig. 4b shows the part of the sliding door device 100 from Fig. 2c from below. It can be seen that the two lower door lever mechanisms 4B are mounted on the mounting body 11 in the same way as the upper door lever mechanisms 4T. Furthermore, it is shownthat the mounting body 11 is connected on the underside by means of mounting screws 711 to a guide rail 71, into which a guide element 72 mounted on the floor 94 can engage, which is also shown in Fig. 5. The mounting body 11 is therefore guided in a plane by means of the running rail 81 and the guide elements 72. Fig. 5 shows the sliding door 1 removed from the sliding door device 100 with the plate-shaped mounting body 11, which is shown in a sectional view and which is connected by lower and upper door lever mechanisms 4B, 4T to the plate-shaped door elements 12A, 12B, which are also shown in a sectional view. A central section of the sliding door 1 was cut out by horizontal cuts. The front part of the first door element 12A was also cut away to expose the front door lever mechanisms 4T, 4B, which are mounted in recesses 110 of the plate-shaped HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 mounting body 11. The door elements 12A,12B are connected at the front, on the top and bottom, to a first support device 6T, 6B. Between them, a second support device 5T, 5B with a support lever 52 is held at the top and bottom of the second door element 12B. Four support rollers 62 and two support levers 52 are thus provided at the front, by means of which the door elements 12A, 12B can advantageously be moved apart when the mounting body 11 is guided along the running axis x in the closing direction against the end element 91. The panel 19 is held between the second support devices 5B, 5T, for example, by the door end face 121 of the second door element 12B. At the top, the sliding door 1 is held by an upper door bearing device 8, which comprises a guide rail 81 and two sliding devices 82 connected to the mounting body 11. At the bottom, the sliding door 1 is held by a lower door bearing device 7.which comprises the downwardly open guide rail 71 and guide element 72, one of which is shown as an example. The drive of the mounting body 11 is manual or preferably by means of at least one drive device 3, which is shown schematically in Fig. 5. The drive device 3 can be an electric motor connected to the sliding door 1 or the sliding devices 82 via a drive element 31, for example a toothed belt. The drive motor can be integrated into the sliding devices 82, for example, a gear connected to a motor shaft engaging a toothed belt or toothing that runs parallel to the guide rail 81. The drive device 3 can also be a linear motor, which preferably comprises the sliding devices 82 or parts thereof. The drive device 3 can also be a so-called retraction device, which comprises a tension spring or a magnetic device.by means of which the sliding door 1 is pulled into the closed position. When the sliding door 1 is opened, the tension spring is recharged and the sliding door 1 is decoupled from the retraction device. A retraction device with a tension spring is known, for example, from EP2217782 or DE202021004263U1. A retraction device with a magnetic device is known, for example, from CH717364. Fig. 6 shows the upper part of the sliding door 1 of Fig. 5 with the upper door lever mechanism 4T, by means of which the door elements 12A, 12B were guided outwards, and with two first support devices 6T, which are arranged at the top of the door end faces 121 of the two door elements 12A, 12B, and with HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 a second support device 5T, which is arranged at the top of the door end face 121 of the second door element 12. The first support devices 6, 6T comprise a device housing 60 in which a bearing block 61,which holds the support element 62, for example, by means of a bearing shaft, is held displaceably and is preferably selectively displaceable by means of an adjusting screw 65. By actuating the adjusting screw 65, the support elements 62 of all first support devices 6, 6B, 6T can be aligned in one plane. The second support device 5, 5T comprises a bearing housing 50, into which a support bearing shaft 51 is inserted, by means of which the support lever 52 is rotatably mounted. At the front, the first support lever end piece 521, which faces the end element 91, protrudes from the bearing housing 50. At the side, the second support lever end piece 522, which faces the first door element 12A, protrudes.from the bearing housing 50. The central bearing device 41 of the door lever mechanism 4T is connected to an adjacent part of the mounting body 11 by means of the fork-shaped mounting part 410. The mounting rail 824 of the sliding device 82 is connected to the top of the mounting body 11 by rail flanges 8240. The mounting carriage 823 is held in the mounting rail 824 and is connected to the drive body 820 of the sliding device or drive 82 by the connecting part 822. So that the door elements 12A, 12B can be guided close to the mounting body 11, door recesses 120T are provided in the door elements 12A, 12B, into which parts of the sliding device 82, which project beyond the mounting body on both sides, can be inserted. Fig. 7 shows the part of the sliding door 1 from Fig. 6 from the rear. The door lever mechanism 4T holds a door lever 43 on each side, which is rotatably supported by a first door lever end piece 431 by the central bearing device 41 and by a second door lever end piece 432 by an associated door element bearing device 42. The door element bearing devices 42 each comprise a bearing cup 420, which is recessed into the associated door element 12A, 12B and is preferably screwed, latched, or magnetically held. Door element bearing devices can also be used that are not recessed into the associated door element. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 In a simple embodiment, the second door lever end piece 432 is rotatably but not displaceably supported in the associated door element bearing device 42. In this case, a door lever 43 of one of the door elements 12A or 12B, which has already reached the closed position, hinder the further movement of the mounting body 11 along the running axis x and thus also the closing process of the other door element 12B or 12A. In preferred embodiments, it is therefore provided that the second door lever end pieces 432 are elastically mounted in the door element bearing devices 42 and can be moved further, even if the relevant door element 12A or 12B has already reached its closed position. In the embodiment of Fig. 7, the door element bearing devices 42 have an adapter 421 which is connected to the associated second door lever end piece 432, which is held rotatably within a certain range by means of an adapter shaft 4211 which is inserted into the bearing cup 420, and which comprises an elastic pressure element 4215 which rests against the bearing cup 420 and keeps the second door lever end piece 432 free of play. Fig. 8 shows the door lever mechanism 4T detached from the sliding door 1 of Fig. 7 with a separately shown bearing pot 420,which has been released from the left door element bearing device 42 to expose the adapter 421. The adapter 421 has an adapter body 4210 with a first adapter channel 42101 into which the adapter shaft 4211 is inserted, which is held in first cup openings 4201 of the bearing cup 420. The adapter 421 is rotatable through an angle determined by the width of a second adapter channel 42102, into which a retaining shaft 4219 is inserted, which is held in second cup openings 4202 of the bearing cup 420. The adapter 421 can therefore be rotated until the retaining shaft 4219 abuts one side or the other of the second adapter channel 42102. To ensure smooth movement of the adapter 421 within the bearing cup 420, the adapter body 4210 is supported by a bearing roller 4212 at the top and bottom, which can roll along the inside of the bearing cup 420. To hold the adapter 421 without play and to avoid impact noises,The adapter body 4210 contains the elastic or elastically or spring-loaded pressure element 4215, which can abut against a rear wall 4203 of the bearing cup 420. Furthermore, the adapter body 4210 comprises a third adapter channel 42103, into which the door element shaft 4321 is inserted. A central shaft 4311 is inserted into the HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 central bearing device 41, by means of which the first door lever end pieces 431 are rotatably held. Preferably, door lever springs 491, 492 are inserted into the door lever mechanism 4T to exert torques on the door levers 43 such that they are automatically rotated against the mounting wall 11 when the mounting wall 11 is retracted, thereby releasing the door levers 43. Two torsion springs 491, 492 are shown.492. However, other elastic elements or springs can also be used. Fig. 9a shows one of the door element bearing devices 42 of Fig. 8 with a partially cut-open bearing cup 420. Fig. 9b shows the door element bearing device 42 of Fig. 9a from the rear. Fig. 9c shows the adapter 421 removed from the door element bearing device of Fig. 9b. Also shown is a pressure spring,by means of which the pressure element 4215 is pushed outwards. The pressure element 4215 can, however, also be designed to be elastic. Fig. 10a shows the door lever mechanism 4T taken from the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2a with the door levers 43 turned inwards. The bearing cups 420 are cut along the line shown in Fig. 9a. Fig. 10b shows the door lever mechanism 4T taken from the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2b with the door levers 43 partially turned outwards. Fig. 10c shows the door lever mechanism 4T taken from the sliding door device 100 of Fig. 2c with the door levers 43 turned completely outwards. The upper door element bearing device 42 is cut along the line shown in Fig. 9a. The section runs through the adapter 421 and shows the pressure element 4215, which rests against the rear wall 4203 of the bearing cup 420. Fig. 11a shows a part of the first door element 12A with a door handle 16 arranged in a handle shell 169.which is connected to the mounting body 11 by a pull rod 161, which is guided through a through opening 1690 in the handle shell 169. By pulling the door handle 16, the mounting body 11 can be retracted, whereby the door elements 12A, 12B are returned from the closed position to the rest position resting against the mounting body 11 and the sliding door 1 can be pushed back into the door compartment 90. HAWA 24-01 PCT / 27.01.25 Fig. 11b shows the first door element 12A and the mounting body 11 of Fig. 11a from the rear with the pull rod 161, which is connected to a handle bearing device 168 mounted on the mounting body 11 by means of a handle bearing shaft 1681. Preferably, a return spring 1682, for example a torsion spring, is provided, by means of which the door handle 16 is held in the handle shell 169. Fig. 12a shows the sliding door device 100 in a preferred embodiment with a third support device 2,which comprises a spreading lever mechanism 24. The spreading lever mechanism 24 is connected to the first door element 12A by a first spreading lever bearing 291 and to the second door element 12B by a second spreading lever bearing 292. Furthermore, a force transmission element 22 is provided, which is connected to the spreading lever mechanism 24 and faces the closing element 91. When a force acts from the closing element 91 via the force transmission element 22 on the spreading lever mechanism 24, the spreading lever bearings 291, 292 and thus the door elements 12A, 12B are moved apart. The third support device 2 normally replaces the second support device 5 and can, in principle, also replace the first support device 6, since the door elements 12A, 12B can be moved into the closed position without touching the closing element 91. A second support device 5 can be dispensed with. First support devices 6, one of which is shown schematically, are optionally provided,if the door elements 12A, 12B are guided completely against the end element 91. Preferably, a further third support device 2 is provided, for example, on the underside of the sliding door 1. The force transmission elements 22 of the third support devices 2 can be connected to one another by a connecting piece 220, which can also serve as a panel 19. Since the door elements 12A, 12B in this preferred embodiment of the sliding door 1 are moved apart by means of the spreading lever mechanism 24, the door levers 43 can be oriented forwards or backwards. Fig. 12b shows the third support device 2, which was taken from the sliding door device of Fig. 12a.
