Abstract
Provided in the present disclosure is a configuration of a trispecific antigen-binding molecule. Further provided are a trispecific antigen-binding molecule constructed on the basis of the configuration and targeting two tumor antigens GPRC5D and BCMA and T cell surface antigen CD3; a GPRC5D-targeted specific binding molecule or a fragment thereof; a BCMA-targeted specific binding molecule or a fragment thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the trispecific antigen-binding molecule or the specific binding molecules or fragments thereof, and the related use thereof in treating tumors.
