Abstract

A vehicle mitigation system, comprising: a barrier comprising: a base plate configured to extend along a ground; a front plate horizontally extending from the base plate, wherein the front plate comprises a forward facing side and a rear facing side; a ramp extending from a front portion of the base plate to the forward facing side of the front plate; a kick plate extending from the rear facing side of the front plate; a storage sleeve disposed on the kick plate; and at least one wheel positioned on the barrier; and a barrier hauler comprising: a stem; a handle positioned at one end of the stem; at least one wheel positioned near an opposite end of the stem, the wheel capable of rotating relative to the stem; a lift arm having an engagement pin, the lift arm rigidly fixed relative to the stem and disposed at an angle relative to the stem, wherein the barrier hauler is configured to be coupled to the storage sleeve while suspended above the ground to secure the barrier hauler in a stored position.
