The present industrial model consists of a perfume bottle design, which is NEW AND ORIGINAL. AS STATED, THE PURPOSE OF THE INDUSTRIAL MODEL IS TO CONTAIN A PERFUME, THE CHARACTERISTICS BASIC IS TO RESEMBLE THE TYPICAL HORIZONTAL BUMPS OF A QUILTED GARMENT. Specifically, the industrial model consists of a bottle body that has a OVAL CROSS SECTION AND A BOTTLE CAP HAVING A CROSS SECTION CIRCULAR. ACCORDING TO THE PREVIOUS BASIC CHARACTERISTIC, THE LATERAL SURFACE OF BOTH THE CAP AS THE LOWER PART OF THE BODY RESEMBLES A PADDED GARMENT AND CONSISTS OF PORTIONS TRANSVERSELY CONVEX BELT-SHAPED AND ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER. THE APPLICANT DOES NOT CLAIM LEGAL PROTECTION FOR THE PARTS SHOWN WITH LINES OF POINTS IN THE ARTICLE ILLUSTRATIONS.
