Description

This design consists of footwear with features that make it new and ORIGINAL. THIS DESIGN CONSISTS OF FOOTWEAR CHARACTERIZED BY A SLIP-TYPE CONSTRUCTION CONSISTING OF A SOLE AND A PORTION OF THE UPPER IN THE FOREFOOT. THE SOLE INCLUDES A PART UPPER INSOLE AND A LOWER SOLE THAT CURVES UPWARDS TOWARDS THE UPPER INSOLE. THE HEIGHT OF THE INSTEP PART OF THE FOREFOOT IS GREATER THAN THE HEIGHT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE SOLE. THE INSTEP PORTION OF THE FOREFOOT INCLUDES A CLOSED INSTEP FORMED BY OVERLAPPING FINS EXTENDING FROM AN UPPER AREA NEAR AN INCLINED MIDFOOT AREA UP TO AN OPENING AREA OF THE FIN. THE EDGE OF THE UPPER FIN THAT IS PARALLEL TO THE OUTER SIDE The instep portion of the forefoot includes a rounded concave design. The forefoot extends downwards medially and laterally to overlap the upper part of the INSOLE AND TRANSITION TO THE CURVED BOTTOM OF THE SOLE.
