Abstract
This disclosure provides [1,3]thiazolo[4,5-D]-pyrimidin-7-ones that are NOX4 inhibitors, and are therefore useful for the treatment of diseases that can be treated by NOX4 inhibition. Pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and processes for preparing them are also provided.
