Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology and medicine, in particular to a bispecific antibody that binds specifically to CD3 and even tumor antigen. The invention further relates to a nucleic acid encoding the target bispecific antibody, an expression vector, a host cell for producing the target bispecific antibody, and a method for producing said cell, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the bispecific antibody according to the invention and other therapeutically active compounds, and methods for treating diseases or disorders mediated by a tumor antigen. USE OF A BI-SPECIFIC ANTIBODY OR PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS THEREOF FOR TREATING DISEASES OR DISORDERS MEDIATED BY A TUMOR ANTIGEN, AND THE USE OF THE BI-SPECIFIC ANTIBODY ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION AND OTHER THERAPEUTICLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS FOR TREATING DISEASES OR DISORDERS MEDIATED BY A TUMOR ANTIGEN.
