THIS DISCLOSURE RELATES TO A GLP-1 RECEPTOR AGONIST COMPOUND AND ITS USE, AND SPECIFICALLY PROVIDES FOR A COMPOUND REPRESENTED BY FORMULA I, OR AN ISOTOPE-LABELED COMPOUND, A STEREOISOMER, OR A PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALT THEREOF, AND ITS USE AS A MEDICINE. This compound exhibits excellent agonist effects and pharmacodynamic properties on the GLP-1 receptor and, as a modulator, is useful for the manufacture of a drug intended for the treatment, improvement or prevention of metabolic and related diseases, and therefore has broad application prospects.
