Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds, and methods for using the compounds in the treatment of abnormal cell growth, such as cancer, in patients.A compound of Formula (I) wherein: R1 is H, methoxy or fluoro; R2 is H or methoxy; ring A is C4-C5 cycloalkyl, 4-6 membered heterocycloalkyl or 5-10 membered heteroaryl, wherein the point of attachment is a C atom; R3 is H, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, among others; R4 is H or C1-C3 alkyl optionally substituted with -OH; R5 is H, halogen, cyano, among others; ring B is C3-C6 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl or 5-10 membered heteroaryl; R6 is H, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, among others; R7 is H, C1-C4 alkyl or methoxy; R8 is H, halogen, cyano, C1-C4 alkyl, among others; R9 is H or fluoro; R10 is H or C1-3 alkyl; R11 is H or methyl; R12 is H, C1-3 alkyl, -(CH2)5NH2 or -(CH2)5NHC(O)-phenyl-(1,2,4,5-tetrazin)-CH3; R13 is H or C1-2 alkyl; each R14 and R15 is independently methyl or ethyl; R16 is H or methyl; n is 0 or 1; yp is 0 or 1.
