Abstract

Salts, crystalline forms, and formulations of a KRAS inhibitor, and methods for their preparation and use, are provided. A compound characterized in that it is 3-(1-((1R,4R,5S)-2-azabicyclo[2,1,1]hexan-5-yl)-2-((1R,3R,5R)-2-(cyclopropanecarbonyl)-2-azabicyclo[3,1,0]hexan-3-yl)-7-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-6-fluoro-4-methyl-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]quinolin-8-yl)propanenitrile, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound is crystalline. Furthermore, a method for treating cancer is disclosed.
