Abstract
This refers to antibodies that bind to GPC3 or antigen-binding fragments thereof. These anti-GPC3 antibodies or fragments thereof preferably do not comprise lysine residues within their CDRs and are therefore particularly suitable for conjugation. Furthermore, it refers to targeted radionuclide conjugates, such as targeted actinium-225 conjugates (TACs). TACs of formula (I) comprising anti-GPC3 antibodies according to the present invention or fragments thereof are preferred. These antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof, and / or these antibody conjugates, and / or these TACs are useful in diagnosis and / or therapy, preferably in therapy, and more specifically in the treatment of cancer, and more specifically in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Pharmaceutical compositions and kits with instructions for use comprising these antibodies, functional fragments, and conjugates are provided.The invention also provides methods and tools for generating these antibodies, functional fragments, and conjugates.
