Abstract
These are compounds of Formulas (I)-(VII) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts that can inhibit the G12C, G12D, G12V, and / or G13D mutants of Kirsten rat sarcoma protein (KRAS) and are used as therapeutic agents, for example, to treat cancer. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of Formulas (I)-(VII) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, methods for using the compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts in cancer therapy and prophylaxis, and for preparing pharmaceutical products for this purpose are also provided.
