ANTI-NECTIN-4 ANTIBODY CONJUGATE DRUG COMPRISING A CAMPTOTHECIN DERIVATIVE

Abstract

An antibody-drug conjugate is provided that can selectively present the effect of the compound of Chemical Formula 1 on cancer cells expressing nectin-4. The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), comprising a structure of Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, tautomer, prodrug, hydrate, solvate, or isotopically labeled analog thereof, is linked to an anti-nectin-4 antibody by means of a linker: wherein: X1 and X3 are each independently C, O, N, or S, and X1 and X3 are the same or different; X2 is C, O, N, or S, a single bond, or a double bond; n is 0, 1, or 2; and Y1, Y2, and Y3 are each independently H or a functional group comprising O, N, P, or S.
