Abstract

The present invention relates to four macrocyclic compounds for use as KRAS mutant inhibitors for the treatment of cancer. As the compound 1-[4-(dimethylamino)-4-methyl-pent-2-inoyl]-N-[(1S)-1-[[(6S,8S,14S)-22-ethyl-25-fluoro- (21M)-21-[2-[(1S)-1-methoxyethyl]-3-pyridyl]-18,18-dimethyl-9,15-dioxo-5,16-dioxa-2,10,22,28-tetrazapentacyclo[18.5.2.1 2,6.1 10,14.0 23,27]nonacosa-1(26),20,23(27),24-tetraen-8-yl]carbamoyl]-2-methyl-propyl]-4-fluoro-N-methyl-piperidine-4-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
