Abstract

The present invention falls within the technical field of mechanical devices for cutting and slicing food products, particularly circular desserts such as cakes, pastries, and similar products. The technical problem addressed is the difficulty of obtaining uniform slices in angle and shape, especially in desserts of varying diameters, due to the lack of precise angular guides and cutting mechanisms that deform the product during use. The invention proposes an adjustable radial cutting device that incorporates a central cylinder with equidistant angular notches, which define radial cutting planes, along with alignable radial arms and manually operated blades. This configuration allows for complete and precise cuts without crushing the dessert, guaranteeing geometrically equal slices regardless of the product's size.The invention is applicable in the domestic, commercial and professional fields of confectionery, facilitating the cutting, serving and presentation of circular desserts in an efficient and reproducible manner.
