Abstract
The present invention is a kit for the molecular diagnosis of 18 respiratory viruses, including Influenza A (subtypes H1N1 pdm09 and H3N2), Influenza B (Victoria and Yamagata lineages), SARS-CoV-2, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (types A and B), Parainfluenza (types 1, 2, 3, 4), Seasonal Coronaviruses (229E, HKU1, OC43 and NL63), Adenovirus, Metapneumovirus and Rhinovirus, through real-time RT-PCR amplification from nasal and pharyngeal swab samples.
