Abstract

The present invention relates to a modular, semi-automatic blister packaging machine comprising a first body consisting of a guide base (4) provided with side guides (5) and a front alignment stop (6) connected to a pneumatic piston (9) fixed to a pusher (7); a second body consisting of a lower matrix base (1) to which a secondary pneumatic piston (8) is fixed, the piston rod of which is connected to a movable base (2) that carries pusher punches (11); and also integrating an intermediate support structure (3), a positioning sensor (13), and a programmable logic controller (12) with data logging. The invention is an advanced and versatile solution for pharmaceutical processing, enhancing operational flexibility, traceability, and adaptability through modular technologies and additive manufacturing.
