Abstract

The invention focuses on a device designed for adjusting and controlling users' movement and posture, especially in the context of rehabilitation or physiotherapy. The main purpose of the invention is to provide an ergonomic and automated solution to improve comfort and effectiveness in postural adjustment.This device consists of three main sections: the first section, where the user's adjustment and movement to achieve a comfortable and ergonomic posture takes place, includes the ergonomic patient seat (1), the calf structure (2), the foot structure (3), the electric pistons for adjusting leg size (5) and moving the calves (6), and the user (4); the second section, responsible for the detection and precise control of movement, consists of the Kinect sensor (7), the 3-axis accelerometer (10), and the Stewart platform system (8); and finally, the third section, dedicated to data processing and control, is composed of the control box (9), which includes the power button (9.1) and power off button (9.2), the battery (9.3) with its charge controller (9.4), the relay module (9.5), the ESP8266 IoT controller (9.6), and the microcontroller (9.7).These sections work in an integrated way to offer a personalized and automated experience for the user, facilitating the adjustment of their posture and control during rehabilitation sessions.
