DEVICE FOR HANDLING ROLLS OF WIRE MESH AND DISPENSING MESH PANELS

Abstract

A device for handling rolls of wire mesh and supplying mesh panels during the assembly operation of said mesh on the walls and ceiling of a tunnel, comprising: a lower structure (1) consisting of a first side wall (3) and a second side wall (4), which are joined together by a rear horizontal elongated profile (5) and by a plurality of horizontal bars (6); wherein along said rear horizontal elongated profile (5) and said horizontal bars (6) a plurality of first curved ribs (8) are distributed; wherein in the front portion of the lower structure (1) there is installed a rotary shaft (9) on which a plurality of toothed pinions (10) are arranged, the rotary shaft (9) being connected to a motor (11) which is attached to a support structure (7) which is connected to the lower structure (1).The device of the present invention also has a superior structure (2) consisting of a first horizontal bar (12) and a second horizontal bar (13) between which a second plurality of ribs (14) is arranged, the first horizontal bar (12) having ends that act as an anchor point for the second pivot (20) and the third pivot (24).
