SYSTEM FOR OBTAINING PHYSICAL / CHEMICAL VARIABLE DATA IN A COMMINUTION / GRINDING MINING SYSTEM

Abstract

System and method for obtaining real-time data of physical / chemical variables within a comminution / grinding mining system, through load behavior to anticipate failures of said comminution / grinding mining system, comprising: data capture means with: a body with at least one electronic wear measurement circuit including at least 3 sacrificial electrical resistors for wear measurement, signal channeling means and the at least one electronic circuit; a processor configured to: measure the total electrical resistance of the at least 3 sacrificial resistors; and determine wear based on the measurement of the total electrical resistance and / or the at least one response signal; wireless communication means; and send said signal to a computer comprising a user interface configured to display a status of a comminution / grinding process.
