Abstract

The invention discloses a modular electrical junction box with a demountable structure designed for recessed installations. The invention solves the technical problem of breakage of the mounting lugs on conventional rigid boxes by means of an enclosure configured from five independent parts: a top cover (1), a bottom cover (2), side covers (3, 4), and a bottom piece (5). The parts are assembled by a mechanical system consisting of longitudinal rails (8) and sliding channels (9), locked by a perimeter adjustment channel (10) on the bottom piece (5). This allows the top (1) and bottom (2) covers, which bear the mounting lugs (6), to be removed by sliding their structure forward without the need to remove or break the wall covering where the side covers (3, 4) are housed.
