Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds having formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Cy1 is phenyl optionally substituted with 1, 2, 3, or 4 substituents each selected from D, C1-3 alkyl, among others; R1 is halogen; R2 is selected from H, D, among others; R3 is selected from C1-3 alkyl, C2-3 alkenyl, among others; each R4 is independently selected from H, D, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 haloalkyl, among others; one R5 is R5A; R5A is C2-3 alkynyl, halo, among others. The invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or the pharmaceutical composition, allows the inhibition of KRAS activity, as well as the treatment of immunological or inflammatory disorders, diseases associated with KRAS activity, and selected cancers including carcinomas, hematological cancers, sarcomas, and glioblastoma.
