Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition comprising a B7-H3-binding polypeptide. The invention further relates to the polypeptide being a miniprotein; to a composition or compound comprising the miniprotein, a linker, a chelating agent, and a radionuclide. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the polypeptide or compound, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; to a conjugate comprising the polypeptide, a chelating agent, and a radionuclide; to an isolated polynucleotide comprising one or more nucleic acid sequences encoding the polypeptide; to a vector comprising the isolated polynucleotide; and to a host cell transformed with the isolated polynucleotide or the vector. The compositions or compound enable the treatment of cancer in which the cancerous cells of a subject express B7-H3.
