COMPACT MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICE FOR THE INTEGRAL PROCESSING OF CARROTS

Abstract

The present invention relates to a compact, multifunctional device for the comprehensive processing of carrots, belonging to the technical field of electromechanical equipment for food processing. The technical problem addressed is the lack of integrated solutions that allow for the efficient, continuous, and safe peeling, cutting, and juicing of carrots. Currently, this necessitates the use of multiple independent pieces of equipment, increasing processing time, manual handling, and raw material waste. The invention proposes as its main solution a compact device that integrates, within a single housing, peeling elements, a cutting module, and a juicing module, arranged sequentially and driven by a common motor system. This configuration allows for the continuous processing of carrots without the need to remove them between stages.The device is applicable in domestic, gastronomic and small agro-industrial contexts, where efficiency, space saving and ease of use are required.
