Abstract

The physical embodiments included by way of example relate to the sensor control of a drill. An apparatus may comprise: at least one processor; and at least one memory including computer program code, wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with at least one processor, cause the apparatus to at least: obtain information about the operating state of the drill; determine, based on the operating state of the drill, that at least one sensor of the drill should switch to an energy-saving mode; and cause at least one sensor of the drill to switch to the energy-saving mode.
