CONVERTIBLE FURNITURE SEAT-BED WITH MANUAL OPERATION AND INTEGRATED STORAGE SPACE

Abstract

The present invention relates to convertible seat-bed furniture of the type comprising a main structure (1) with a backrest (2), seat (6), and footrest (7), characterized in that it includes: a storage drawer (11) supporting the seat (6); arches (4) whose ends connect the backrest (2) to the seat (6); upper hinges (3) articulating the backrest (2) to the seat (6), machined with semicircular cavities to receive the ends of the arches (4), acting as safety retainers in angular positions from 93° to 180°; a storage compartment (14) for a tabletop (13) connected to the seat (6) by means of a structural support arm (17); and articulated arms (15) with a position adjustment knob (16) connecting and deploying the tabletop (13) from the storage compartment (14). The invention addresses the need for multifunctionality, compactness, and robustness in furniture.
