CANCER TREATMENT USING B7-H4 TARGETED DRUG-ANTIBODY CONJUGATES

Abstract

The present invention relates to a drug-antibody conjugate targeting B7-H4, of formula (I), for the treatment of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC). In formula (I), d13 is approximately 2; the antibody binds to B7-H4; the drug binds to a heavy chain of the antibody via a linker portion on an asparagine residue at position 297 when numbered according to EU numbering; the black filled square element is GlcNAc; the white triangular element is Fuc; and the white square element is GalNAc. The conjugate also allows for the treatment of other cancers, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), endometrial cancer, and other types of cancer. Furthermore, the invention relates to the drug-antibody conjugate targeting B7-H4 in combination with a drug-antibody conjugate containing a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor for the treatment of cancer.
