ABDOMINAL INCISION SIMULATOR FOR CESAREAN SECTION WITH DYNAMIC SCALPEL

Abstract

The present invention relates to an abdominal incision simulator for cesarean section with a dynamic scalpel, applied to the field of medical simulation and obstetric clinical training. The simulator comprises a female obstetric torso provided with an obstetric abdominal layer, a cesarean section drape block with cutting zones configured to simulate abdominal incisions, a removable fixation system using suction cups and a perforated grid, as well as a circular opening associated with an amniotic membrane. It also comprises a hydraulic system configured to supply simulated fluids, a scalpel provided with a retractable blade, a blood container and cutting levels, and a modular electrical system associated with presence sensors and sequential control mechanisms.The system allows for the dynamic and progressive reproduction of abdominal incision, separation of anatomical layers, exposure of internal membranes, and simulation of bleeding during cesarean section procedures, additionally integrating vaginal delivery simulation functions into a single reusable and configurable device for clinical training.
