Abstract

The present invention describes a technical and sustainable method for producing Bokashi-type compost, designed to significantly reduce production time to just 15 days. The process integrates domestic organic waste as raw material, combined with manure, sawdust, and topsoil, and uses active yeast, molasses, and chicha de jora (a fermented corn beverage) as natural fermentation accelerators. The resulting compost exhibits optimal physicochemical properties and is intended for use as an organic fertilizer in agriculture, promoting responsible waste management and soil improvement.
