ECOLOGICAL CHAMBER FOR EVALUATING AEROSOL RESPONSE IN BIOLOGICAL MODELS

Abstract

An ecological chamber for evaluating aerosol response in biological models of the type comprising a hermetically sealed glass box made of tempered glass divided into a left section and a right section by a vertical noise-insulating panel, characterized in that: in the right section there is a plurality of individual compartments for biological models which are glass capsules with a rear hinged door, such that both tanks are connected to a conduit pipe which branches to connect to each of the individual chambers with a flow meter installed upstream of each of the individual chambers; in the left section there is an air extractor located on an anti-vibration support; in the upper part of the right section, there are installed a plurality of monitoring cameras which correspond to the number of individual cameras for monitoring the behavior of the biological models.
