Abstract

The present invention relates to a document information processing system implemented using at least one computer system, configured to evaluate the conformity of digital documents based on predefined criteria. The system comprises a functional architecture made up of interconnected modules that detect changes in documents from one or more sources, transform these changes into structured evaluation units, and automatically perform conformity assessments. Unlike conventional systems, the invention operates based on document events, triggering the evaluation only when modifications are detected in the documents, without requiring bulk data loading or periodic executions independent of the document's status.The system allows for the automatic application of pre-structured evaluation criteria, generating progressively updated conformity results as the documentary information evolves. Furthermore, the system architecture enables the distributed execution of the evaluation process across multiple processing units, allowing it to adapt to the volume of documents without modifying its functional configuration.
