Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation or composition and a method of manufacturing or producing the same, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises an association of an isoxazoline, a macrocyclic lactone, a tetrahydropyrimidine and R-praziquantel for the treatment of parasitic infestations in animals, wherein the composition consists of an orally administered pharmaceutical form, which stabilizes the macrocyclic lactone and improves palatability by incorporating R-praziquantel in association with bitter taste receptor blockers.
