COMPOSITION FOR THE ERADICATION OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI INCLUDING ZASTAPRAZAN OR A PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALT THEREOF

Abstract

Pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and eradication of Helicobacter pylori comprising zastaprazan, its pharmaceutically acceptable salts (such as zastaprazan citrate), hydrates, or solvates. It is presented in solid oral formulations (such as tablets, capsules, powders, or soluble films) in doses of 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg administered once daily. It also includes the therapeutic method for its in vivo administration and the use of the active ingredient in the preparation of medications indicated for this infection.
