Abstract

It relates to compounds of Formula (I), to the processes and intermediates used for their preparation, to the pharmaceutical compositions that contain them, and to their use in the treatment of diseases such as liver disease.A compound of Formula (I) wherein RA is H, F or Cl, one of X1, X2 and X3 is selected from NH, O and S and the other two from N and CRY, wherein each RY is H, -CN, or RXA, wherein RXA is C1-3 alkyl optionally substituted with one to three Fs, or (i) R1 and R2 are independently selected from H, R6 and R7, or (ii) R1 and R2 together with the C atom to which they are attached form a cyclopropane or cyclobutane ring; R3 is R6A or R7A, or (i) R4 is H, R6B or R7B, and R5 is H, R6C or R7C or (ii) R4 and R5 together form a group selected from (a) and (b), each of R6, R6A, R6B and R6C being independently C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted with one to three substituents independently selected from F and C3-6 cycloalkyl, and each of R7, R7A, R7B and R7C being independently C3-6 cycloalkyl optionally substituted with one to three F, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
